• Senior positions to junior levels recruitments for: Automobile, Engineering and Heavy Engineering Industries, Wind Mill Industries, Chemical, Electronic and the Leather Industries. Our Chief Consultant takes special care in guiding our recruitment team in understanding the profile and souring the right candidates
• We conduct preliminary interviews and give only the short listed candidates
• We follow up with candidates and ensure that they attend the interviews and also ensure joining of the offered candidates. We keep clients regularly updated
• We guide our clients to combine their requirements of the openings and write JD (job description) / improve JD. We also undertake this as special assignment based on the clients’ needs
• Not only With versatile experience in recruitment, but also paired with strong interviewing skills, we also interview the candidates for some extra charges and give only 2 or 3 short listed candidates for your final discussion
• We also have built up a strong Aattral Resume Bank.
